Why the first line is the whole email

Most cold emails are judged in the inbox preview, before they are opened. The subject and the first sentence are all a stranger sees, so they carry the decision to read or delete.

Write about their problem first. Your product can wait for sentence three.

    Proof beats adjectives

"Powerful, innovative platform" says nothing. A specific, honest detail, such as how a similar team works or what a short trial shows, gives the reader something to believe. Only claim what you can back up.

    How it works

    123
    1. 1Describe your prospect

Enter the name, role and company, what you sell and the pain point they likely feel. Pick a tone, a length and how many follow-ups you want.

    2. 2Generate and dissect

The email is written as five labelled parts: hook, relevance, proof, ask and P.S. Each part shows its word count and why it is there.

    3. 3Edit, copy, send

Choose a subject line, tweak the wording, then copy the email or download everything as a text file to paste into your outreach tool.

    Letters to the editor

What makes a good cold email?

Be short, specific and about the reader. A clear reason for writing, one honest proof point and a single easy question usually outperform long pitches.

Is this cold email generator free?

Yes. It is free to use with no registration. Add your prospect and offer details and generate as many drafts as you need.

Can I trust the claims in the email?

The generator is told not to invent statistics or customer names, but it is AI. Always read the draft and replace anything you cannot back up before sending.

How long should a cold email be?

Between 50 and 125 words is a common guideline for first-touch emails. Choose Short for about 60 words or Standard for about 120.

    What are the follow-ups for?

Most replies come after a nudge. Each follow-up adds something new, rather than just checking in, and is dated by day so you can schedule it.

Your email is written. Now send it on LinkedIn too.
